As a Lean Sensei I get asked a lot why some companies can do Kaizen Events frequently with great success and others really never get them to work.  During this hour we will discuss this and give examples.  We will talk about planning, how to motivate, how to communicate and how to tell if what you are planning is really a good Kaizen event or not.
